Projected Social Context for Education of Children: 1990 - 2015
Georges Vernz; Richard Krop;
PDF

01/01/1999

Commissioned by the College Board's National Task Force on Minority High Achievement, this report presents an analysis of possible changes in the racial/ethnic composition of the student-age population in the United States between 1990 and 2015. Unlike most other studies of the demographic composition of the student-age population that have been made over the past decade, this report presents racial/ethnic data disaggregated by social class (as measured by parent education and family income levels) and by native-born/immigrant status.
