Ordering Materials
PSSS fees and ordering PSSS test books
To order PSSS materials:
- Download and complete the PSSS Order Form (.pdf/3.5MB). Then fax or mail the form per the instructions provided.
- Order by:
- December 7, 2012 for January testing
- January 2, 2013 for February testing
- February 1, 2013 for March testing
Fees:
- Each test book ordered by schools within the United States, U.S. territories, and Canada: $3
- Each test book ordered by all other schools: $4
- Each answer sheet scored: $10
- Minimum order: 50 test books (order quantities must be multiples of 10)
