How to participate in an Online Event
Logging In
After registering for an event, you receive an email with the link to access the online virtual classroom, your login name, and your password. Do not share your login name and password.
- Your login name is the email address you registered with.
- Your password is your first name and last name together as one word, all in lowercase. For example, Jane Smith's password is: janesmith.
If you have not received this information at least 4 days before the event, contact us immediately at onlineevents@collegeboard.org.

Requires Adobe Reader (latest version recommended)
Participating
Participating in a live Online Event is very similar to participating in a face-to-face event without the hassle of having to go to a different physical location. During Online Events, participants hear the presenter speak.
You can alert the presenter when you have a question and speak or type the question, type comments for the entire cohort, and respond to polling questions with yes/no or multiple-choice responses.
At the end of the event, participants complete an evaluation of the event and receive Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits for content-based events. Additionally, Online Events offer participants the opportunity to view Web resources and software applications, as appropriate, and offer repeated access to the Event Archives. CEUs are not available for archived Online Events.
Event Evaluation
Online evaluations help us to constantly improve our Events and let us know how we are doing. Please be sure to complete the evaluation and click Submit when you are done. We pay close attention to each of your comments.
Missed Events or sessions
If you miss one or more online sessions of your Event, you are able to view the Event Archives. After the live event, you receive instructions for accessing the archive.
