Join us at a workshop near you to evaluate your institution's current enrollment processes and learn how to be more strategic in your outreach to prospective students. Sessions led by experienced College Board staff members include:

Student Search Service 101

Learn how Student Search Service can help you identify prospective students and build the foundation for communicating with them efficiently and effectively. In this overview of Student Search Service, we will discuss how Search can be used to meet institutional goals while addressing some of the challenges and opportunities presented by demographic shifts across the country and in our region.

Consider attending this workshop if you are new to Student Search Service, looking for a refresher, or interested in receiving an overview of new features and functionality.

Taking Student Search Service to the Next Level: Familiar Tools, New Strategies

Explore how the College Board Enrollment System brings enrollment planning to the next level by leveraging geodemographic clusters and market and institutional data in segmented and targeted outreach to students. In this session, we will demonstrate how Student Search Service and other tools within the College Board Enrollment System integrate to help institutions improve messaging and increase return on investment.

Consider attending this workshop if you are an advanced Student Search Service user, or if you are responsible for strategic recruitment and enrollment planning.

Student Search Service and Beyond: Tools and Data for all Members of the Admissions Staff

From setting targets to meeting goals, data is an integral part of the enrollment operation. Discover how to conduct market analysis and target your enrollment office's outreach using data and data analysis tools from the College Board Enrollment System, National Center for Educational Statistics, the state department of education, and other sources.

Consider attending this workshop if you are a mid-level manager or an enrollment manager.

Each workshop will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with registration beginning at 9 a.m. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Each WebEx session will run from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Details for the WebEx sessions will be emailed with your confirmation.
