The Historically Black Colleges and Universities Conference is an invitation-only, two-day professional development event specifically designed for chief academic officers; deans or directors of admission, recruitment or enrollment management; and directors of financial aid.

Registration fees (includes conference meals and materials):

$50 per person, up to three, per institution (includes one night's lodging and parking) $100 per person over three, per institution (does not include lodging or parking) $300 per person (does not include lodging or parking)

Credit cards and institutional checks are accepted for all fees.

Attendance is limited and is guaranteed on a first-come, first-served basis by the date of application receipt and payment of registration fees, until all spots are filled. On-site registrations are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If a registrant is unable to attend the conference, he or she may request a refund of all fees paid, minus a $50 cancellation fee, before Sept. 1. After Sept. 1, all fees are nonrefundable. All cancellations, substitutions and requests for refunds must be made in writing. Refunds will be issued after the conference.
