The Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Conference is an invitation-only, two-day professional development event specifically designed for chief academic officers, deans or directors of admission, recruitment or enrollment management, and directors of financial aid.

Registration

Register for the 2014 HBCU Conference by March 29, 2014, before seats fill up.

Hotel Information

Reserve your room by March 31, 2014, for a reduced rate of $129 per night. Discounted room rates will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your room now, contact the Atlanta Marriott Marquis at 888-855-5701 or visit the College Board's Marriott reservation page online. If you are making your reservation over the phone, be sure to mention the conference code "HBCU" to receive the reduced rate. A credit card will be required for room guarantee and incidentals. Complimentary ground transportation from the airport will be provided for all guests.

*HBCU registrants may register separately to continue participation with A Dream Deferred and PrepárateTM.

Registration Fees (includes conference, meals, and materials)

$50 per person for up to three participants, from any member institution (includes one night's lodging and parking) $100 per person for any additional participants beyond the first three, (does not include lodging or parking) $300 per person (does not include lodging or parking)

Credit cards and institutional checks are accepted for all fees.

Attendance is limited and is guaranteed on a first-come, first-served basis — determined by the date of application receipt and payment of registration fees — until all spots are filled. On-site registrations are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

If a registrant is unable to attend the conference, he or she may request a refund of all fees paid, minus a $50 cancellation fee, before April 8, 2014. After April 8, all fees are nonrefundable. All cancellations, substitutions and requests for refunds must be made in writing. Refunds will be issued after the conference.
