- "How many of your used exams were eligible for a College Board fee reduction?" This is where you should indicate the total number of exams taken by students who meet the College Board's fee reduction requirements.($22/exam) {When the on-line invoice is finalized and printed, this number will appear on Line " L"}
- A second question is "From the exams that qualify for a College Board fee reduction how many also qualify for the additional reduction to be paid by the Maryland State Department of Education according to your set allotment? {When the on-line invoice is finalized and printed, this number will appear on Line "N"} Depending on your school's allotment this number could be smaller than the total number of reductions granted by the College Board. It may not be larger than the agreed upon allotment.
- Once you answer all of the questions in the invoice generator, you will see your completed invoice. Check the invoice for accuracy. If you see errors, you are given the option to navigate through the screens to correct any errors. If it looks fine, click "Print Invoice." When you do this, multiple copies of the invoice will automatically print out. Keep the school copy for your records and mail the additional copies to the AP Program and your LSS contact person.
