Online Scores for Schools and Districts

New Reports in December 2011

Two new reports are now available to school and district administrators: the school summary by student demographics and school summary with comparable groups.

See below for more information about the reports and visit our tips page for more information on using the system.

Features and Benefits

  • Educators can view, print and download AP score reports from one central place.
  • Educators can print entire reports or only selected pages and save reports to a local computer.
  • Authorized AP teachers have direct access to their students' scores.
  • Educators can view and export reports in PDF and Excel (2007, 2002 and 2000) formats. (Note: Exporting to Excel is only supported on Microsoft-based platforms. However, once the .xls file has been downloaded, the file can be shared with and used by Mac users.)
  • Administrators can make report correction requests online if they spot students who do not belong to their school.

The Online Reports

The table below lists the reports and rosters available for free through the Online Score Reports website, and the authorized staff members at schools and districts who have access to each of them.

AP teachers have access to score reports for the subjects they are authorized through the AP Course Audit to teach for the current academic year.
