In early 2010, the College Board will be introducing an online system for coordinators to submit and manage accommodation requests for students with disabilities. This system was designed with the needs of you, the coordinators, in mind. It is easy to use, environmentally friendly, and provides many advantages over the paper process.

Features and Benefits

Store, review, and maintain student information in one easy-to-access place. With the online tool, you will be able to:

  • Check the status of accommodations requests.
  • Keep information about all of your SSD students in one place.
  • Get immediate notice of Student Eligibility Form errors and documentation requirements, tailored to each student's individual request.
  • Save paper by submitting your accommodations requests online rather than filling out Student Eligibility Forms.

How to Sign Up

  1. Access to the new online tool will be through a secure login for which you will need a College Board account.
  2. If you don't already have an account with the College Board, create one by going to www.collegeboard.com/profaccount and following the instructions for "Create an Account."
  3. When the online tool is available, you will be sent an access code via email and you will select "Disabilities Accommodation Mgmt" from the drop-down menu when you log in.
  4. The tool will be available in early 2010. If you've established an account, you'll be notified by email.
