Accommodations on the SAT, PSAT/NMSQT and AP

The process for obtaining accommodations is the same, regardless of whether a student will take the SAT, PSAT/NMSQT or AP. And, when a student's school annually verifies that he or she continues to receive the accommodations on school tests, the student will not need to reapply for accommodations for a different College Board test. However, because the tests are administered differently, there are also differences in the provision of accommodations after they are approved. Therefore, it is important to be familiar with procedures and policies of each College Board test.
